Once completely dry, (drain upside down), add 2 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to a quart of water. Brush this solution onto your pumpkin to keep it looking fresh for weeks.”

What's the best bag to use to collect Halloween Candy?  A pillow case.  You can carry up to 47 lbs of candy - about the weight of a first grader - and hold approximately 1690 pieces of candy!

Of course, all this candy comes with a price. The general rule is the stickier the candy, the worse it is for your teeth (carmel, taffy and even dried fruit).  Chocolate is best as it melts quickly.  Also avoid the sour candies (high acid levels that break down enamel) and hard candies (stay in your mouth a long time, drenching it in sugar and can chip teeth if you bite them).
